ENCORPS IS NO LONGER TAKING APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2010 RECRUITING SEASON.  Please check back after August 15, 2010.

EnCorps provides support for professionals who want to transition into a math or science teacher in a California public middle or high school. If you are considering full time teaching and are passionate about student success, EnCorps can provide you with the opportunity to learn more by volunteering as a Guest Teacher, Substituting and ultimately becoming a full time math or science teacher. 

EnCorps Process

• Attend an information session and find out if teaching is right for you.  Sign up here for an information session.

• Begin an application. 

• Submit the application by posted deadline.

• Once your application has been submitted, EnCorps will review it and notify you if you have been selected to attend a Preliminary Assessment session. This is a chance for you to participate in a group and personal interview to determine if EnCorps is going to be a good fit for you.
   
•  If selected, you will start as an EnCorps Pioneer on the path to becoming a teacher!
